Spending 12 to 14 hours sitting in front of the laptop with no consideration for eating habits, posture or blood flow, for 20 years can take its toll. When I accepted yoga into my life I realised there is a simple way to be healthy and still be good at your job. I have a long way to go but I look forward to the journey.

I am into sports so I’m quite fit. I did not see any reason for me to practice yoga. So when I went for my free trial and I couldn’t hold the Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) for more than 15 seconds I realised that I needed more balance. This could only help me become better at my sport.

My instructor takes the time to understand my aches, pains, and ailments. He creates sessions consisting of asanas specifically for me and the fact that I am still recovering from the side effects of Covid 19. He is trying to strengthen my lung capacity.
